California Underwater

Is this fulfillment of the prophecy that California will fall off into the ocean?  Just askin’.

Stunning that 29 + percent of all mortgages in the state are underwater.

    No wonder– 2 out of every 3 American workers aged 21-64 (67%) that have access to an employer-sponsored 401(k) do not participate in the pre-tax retirement plan (source: Employee Benefit Research Institute).
    I think even a smaller % are making IRA contributions.
