Robin Burgess, Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Abhijit Banerjee, Ford Foundation International Professor of Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology led a discussion regarding Transforming the Economic Lives of the Ultrapoor.
