    Alright there Gregor! I will have a listen and comment on this if I can ASAP.

    Worked on something like this nearly 20 years ago and I really don’t know why it isn’t more common globally.

    That said, I have seen some horrific (typical overall floor) plans for these conversions on Twitter recently mainly from the US. Usually high rise glazed office blocks choc-a-block with deep plan one bed units that have no natural light in their bedrooms. The project I worked on was in low rise Dublin and was almost a utopian Communist project (well Socialist* maybe, but the same thing in the US eh?) in comparision to those recent online examples from NY, etc.

    ( * = BTW I am joking here. It wasn’t Communist / Socialist in the least way. It was a speculative Capitalist development by an already well off local developer).
